Linda Lazarczykova Ngcoya and I am originally from the Czech Republic (former Czechoslovakia).
I live and work in South Africa. My background and interest is a mix of business and I am currently pursuing studies in development.
what I do because I have seen the change as a result of people gathering around a common purpose. Such purpose becomes a centre that draws ideas, people and resources. Anything can happen then. I’m not attached to an outcome. My only agenda is to build human connection that drives change.
that people are the experts of their own reality. I believe in building on what is, elevating talents, developing and expanding possibilities. I believe in power of organisation. I believe young people are leaders of today, not tomorrow.
interesting people and meaningful projects where I have an opportunity to engage with great minds and build something that all benefit from. I seek to inspire creativity and push thinking to the edge for something better and more beautiful to emerge. What it would be is up to our generation to decide.
I WORK WITH
talented and brilliant people who are driven by passion for development. They are experts in various fields and together we can take on diverse work or any scope and scale.
Mvu rocks as a teacher and brings his passion for engaging critical thought into his facilitation. He always has a unique angle on development and is able to provoke fresh directions. Mvu leaves his audience in awe whether he is presenting an academic piece, leading a debate or facilitating a workshop. His disarming sense humour over is a great asset. Mvu strongly believes in youth development through education; teaching and facilitation are two key areas he makes things happen.
Kanyisa is a participation expert, content developer and workshop convener. She is an activist, an exceptional facilitator and a mother of two. Kanyisa brings a creative spirit into events. She can be very serious and deep and she can also drop it all and get the crowd going in fun activities. Her passion is channelled through caring for youth and gender issues. She is one of the strongest self-driven women I know.
Rama is a pro. With over 20 years of experience in facilitation he has mastered this art but has never stopped seeking innovative approaches. He has an excellent eye for the invisible and is able to uncover deep-seated issues. He has assisted hundreds of organisations locally and internationally. Rama can hold group of 5 or 1000. For him numbers are not important. He loves the work he does.
